Developmentally Disabled Program
The Senior Community Access Program is designed to serve people with developmental disabilities in Whatcom County who are 62 years of age and over. Our program is funded through the Whatcom County Developmental Disabilities program.
Our coordinator works with people - both in groups and individually - at senior centers and in the community.

Senior Housing
The Whatcom County Council on Aging owns two Senior Housing complexes with a total 76 units which are managed by Bellingham Housing Authority (BHA). For more information, contact the BHA at 360-676-6887 or visit their website at http://www.bellinghamhousing.org/
